TRAINING
The Transformational Leadership Training is the second part of the trilogy, that is the GEMSTONE Leadership Certification Program (GLCP). This training, which is Module 2 of the Leadership Development Program, is advanced from the Personal Leadership Training. This means that having learned how to LEAD YOURSELF at PLT, TLT teaches you everything you need to know to LEAD OTHERS.
TLT is all about understanding that leadership goes beyond just knowing your passion… it is about taking action and getting things done, especially with your business/career.
At the end of Phase 1 (2 days of training), you'll have gained invaluable insights on how to:
– Translate your passion into purpose.
– Turn your desires to projects.
– Advance your intentions to reality; and,
– Take your ideas from discovery to delivery.

Part B:
Transformational Leadership Mastery
An Implementation Program with a 21-day Impact Challenge
