Your values drive everything else that happens in your life. Ultimately, identifying your values will help you to create a roadmap for how your life will be shaped and guide the choices that will have the biggest impact on your life.
CREATE A ROAD MAP FOR IMPACT
Once you have a clear understanding of your purpose, values, and what matters most to you, then it's time for impact. This is where we get into the details of setting goals for yourself: what changes would make you happier, more fulfilled, and more successful.

2-Day Induction: The Masterclass
This a compulsory 2-day masterclass facilitated by renowned Leadership Expert and Executive Coach, Fela Durotoye. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what drives you. You will uncover your unique talents, passions, and strengths so that you can live a more fulfilling life.

21 Days Mentorship & Mastermind: Beyond The Classroom
You don't have to go through this journey alone, this boot camp set-up offers you the opportunity to work with at least one Mentor and alongside a close-knit group of leaders over the course of 21 days.
You will be thoroughly supported as you engage in bite-sized daily training and practical exercises. This structure is designed to catalyze your transformation into an authentic, confident, and vision-oriented leader.
